We recently detected a regression in profile configuration that caused issue association via email threading to be affected. Due to the nature of the regression, a rollback couldn't be performed. You may wish to check your JEMHC profiles configuration for the following settings: Profile > Project Mapping > Pre-processing > Issue Association > "Use References Header" and "Use In-Reply-To Header".
