Monitoring -
The fix appears to now have been applied. App processing has been re-enabled. We continue to monitor for signs of API failures. The backlog of unprocessed inbound and outbound messages will now be worked through.

Update -
We continue to wait for the fix from Atlassian to propagate to the API endpoints that apps use. We made the decision to halt inbound and outbound processing for now in order to prevent further processing failures.

Update -
Atlassian say they have fixed the problem and that the platform is recovering. The fix doesn't appear to have applied yet - we are actively testing.

This appears to be due to an unexpected change to the Jira user search API - we are in communication with Atlassian regarding this as an urgent matter.
